S&B USA Construction, part of Shikun & Binui Group, seeks a Project Director - Design-Build Construction Manager to lead major transportation and infrastructure programs valued from $500M to $2B+. The role oversees design-build and alternative delivery from pre-construction through completion.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in heavy civil/transportation with at least 10 years in senior leadership, extensive experience in highways, interchanges, and P3/DB projects, and a Civil

Qualifications

• 15+ years in heavy civil/transportation construction
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles (Project Director, COO, VP)
• Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects under alternative delivery models

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale transportation projects ranging from $500M to $2B+
• Oversee all phases of progressive design-build and alternative delivery models (P3, DB, DBF, DBFOM)
• Accountable for budget, schedule, safety, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Coordinate with owners, partners, and internal teams from pre-construction through final acceptance
