Job summary

S&B USA Construction, part of the Shikun & Binui Group, is seeking a seasoned Project Director - Design-Build Construction Manager to lead large transportation and infrastructure programs in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast U.S. The role requires 15+ years in heavy civil work and a track record delivering highways, interchanges, and rail via design-build or P3 approaches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil/transportation construction.
• Experience in senior leadership roles (Project Director, COO, VP) is required.
• Strong knowledge of design-build and alternative delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects ranging from $500M to $2B+.
• Oversee all phases of progressive design-build and alternative delivery models (P3, DB, DBF, DBFOM).
• Coordinate with owners, partners, and internal teams to ensure budget, schedule, safety, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
