Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Southeast Michigan from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and drive safety and quality.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of PM experience on $5M+ projects, strong leadership and communications, and proficiency with CM software and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $5M+.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support project closeout activities and client turnover.
