Qualifications

• Professional Architect license and accredited architectural degree are required.
• 25+ years of experience in architecture are required.
• Master Planning and Programming experience is desirable.
• Leadership to motivate and guide teams across all design phases.
• Be punctual, proactive, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers in technical design, drawings, specs, and model creation.
• Attend project meetings and help resolve cross-discipline concerns.
• Participate in internal and external quality reviews.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Coordinate design across architecture and engineering disciplines.
