You will lead a design team, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor junior staff, while advancing workflows and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Professional Architecture license in the U.S.
• Minimum of 7 years of architecture experience.
• Experience with building codes and specifications.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers responsible for layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation.
• Attend project meetings and help team resolve concerns across disciplines.
• Participate in quality reviews and cross-discipline reviews.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Embrace emerging technologies and advance workflows, systems, and tools.
