Qualifications

• Graduation from ABA-accredited law school with a JD.
• Active Idaho State Bar license to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases as assigned.
• Review charges, evidence, and make charging decisions.
• Negotiate case settlements with opposing counsel.
• Advise police, attorneys, defendants, victims, and witnesses.
• Represent the County in court and handle related filings.
