Establish and maintain an adequate and accurate cost accounting system Establish and maintain procedures for effective data management Manage all hardware and software configurations Establish and control the program product baseline Establish and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program Provide the management of vendors and subcontractors Provide the technical management team working at the client's site Advise on the distribution of work among positions and organizations Advise on appropriate staffing levels and skill mix Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations in meeting goals Performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs Advise on potential benefits/uses of automation to improve efficiency Evaluate and advise on organization, methods, and procedures for providing support Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by others
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility Bachelor's degree SEVEN (7) or more years project/program or deputy project/program experience of similar size and complexity contract Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel)
The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
