Endurion seeks a Deputy Program Manager to drive the POTFF program, ensuring enterprise integration, operational synchronization, and robust stakeholder engagement across multi-location teams. You will support governance, performance, and continuity of leadership for a complex human performance services portfolio serving Special Operations readiness and resilience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Progressive leadership experience directing complex programs (federal/defense/healthcare).
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to manage contract performance, budgets, schedules, risks, and customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Direct program performance, governance, and customer engagement across locations.
• Synchronize activities across operations, workforce continuity, and readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead senior stakeholder reviews and cross-functional decision forums.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and security standards.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager when delegated; support workforce planning and deployment readiness.
