Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Five-plus years in program management, contract administration, or business operations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects and planning activities.
• Manage multi-project programs, including staffing, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans and resource docs.
• Baseline projects, track metrics, and support forecasts.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage contracts/RFPs.
