Job summary

FP&C seeks a Deputy Program Manager, Building Controls to support the U.S. Army Reserve EBCS contract.

This fully remote, full-time role sits between the Program Manager and project teams, overseeing planning, scheduling, task orders, and delivery management for multiple facilities. You will translate contracts into executable work plans, maintain detailed MS Project schedules, manage cross-functional IT/OT building automation efforts, and lead vendors and subcontractors to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible project or program management exp leading complex, multi-site or multi-workstream delivery incl. DoD.
• Experience managing an IDIQ or similar contract portfolio with multiple task orders, budgets, risks, and vendors.
• Advanced MS Project scheduling with baselines, resources, and cost/schedule analysis.
• Knowledge of building controls, IT/OT integration, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance across the EBCS IDIQ and all active task orders (scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, risk).
• Lead day-to-day planning and execution of concurrent task orders across Army Reserve facilities.
• Develop and integrate master and detail task schedules in MS Project (milestones, dependencies, critical paths, baselines, recovery).
• Convert statements of work and requirements into executable work plans, WBS, acceptance criteria, and reporting cadences.
• Monitor financials, labor utilization, subcontractor performance, procurement status, changes, and forecast-to-complete.
• Maintain program controls: RAID logs, action registers, decision logs, deliverable trackers, change control.
• Coordinate building automation, IT/OT, engineering, construction, commissioning teams; manage vendors/subcontractors.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for Government and internal stakeholders.
• Support recurring program meetings; document decisions and ensure follow-through.
• Identify risks and issues early; propose corrective actions and improvements.
