First Principles & Concepts is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in executing the Army Reserve EBCS IDIQ. The role combines program oversight with hands‑on planning, scheduling, task order execution, and delivery management across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate translates contract requirements into integrated schedules, coordinates IT/OT and building automation teams, and maintains detailed plans and reporting for government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing IDIQ or DoD programs with multiple task orders.
• Advanced MS Project scheduling including baselines, critical paths, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance across the EBCS IDIQ and all task orders, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead day‑to‑day planning and execution of multiple concurrent task orders across geographically dispersed facilities.
• Develop and integrate master schedules in MS Project with milestones, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Translate statements of work and technical requirements into executable work plans and reporting cadences.
• Monitor financial performance, labor utilization, procurement status, and forecast‑to‑complete information.
