Job summary

FP&C seeks a Deputy Program Manager to assist the Program Manager in delivering the Army Reserve Enterprise Building Control Systems (EBCS) IDIQ program. The role combines program oversight with hands‑on planning, scheduling, and task‑order execution across multiple facilities.

You will coordinate technical teams, manage schedules in MS Project, and ensure performance against scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining strong customer relationships and reporting to Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience on multi-site or multi-workstream federal/DoD programs.
• Experience managing IDIQ or similar contracts with multiple task orders, budgets, and customer relationships.
• Advanced, hands-on MS Project scheduling with critical paths and cost/schedule performance analysis.
• Knowledge of building automation and IT/OT, with BACnet/LON/Modbus; Tridium Niagara 4 experience.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility; PMP preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance across the EBCS IDIQ and all active task orders.
• Develop and integrate master schedules and detailed task order schedules in MS Project.
• Translate SOWs and requirements into executable work plans and reporting cadences.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, RACI, risks, and customer relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in building automation and IT/OT projects.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for Government and internal stakeholders.
