Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for Flight Operations & Transportation in El Paso, TX. You will lead the execution of flight operations, ground transport, and detainee movements, ensuring safety, security, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities and airfields.

The role requires strong operational judgment, hands‑on leadership, and ability to manage time‑sensitive missions within a complex regulatory environment. Local travel is expected with no telework available.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated leadership and management experience in high‑consequence, time‑sensitive operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation/detention operations, chain of custody, and incident response.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, airline operators, and detention facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership of Flight Operations and Transportation, including dispatch and supervision of personnel.
• Coordinate detainee transportation between facilities, airfields, courts, and transfer points.
• Ensure compliance with ICE/DHS standards, safety procedures, and contract requirements.
• Develop staffing plans, shift schedules, and 24/7 on‑call coverage as required.
• Manage operational readiness, contingency planning, and incident reporting.
