Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deputy Director of Industrial Security to guide enterprise-wide security program strategy and operations across the United States. You will lead RFSOs, FSOs, and a centralized PERSEC team, ensuring compliant execution in a complex, cross-functional environment.

The role requires a strong FSO background, 32 CFR Part 117 expertise, and the ability to drive performance, education, and policy alignment across sites while maintaining top security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial security with 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading large, dispersed security teams across regions.
• FSO background with possessing/cleared facility.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Strong communication with all levels of staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) across all cleared facilities.
• Lead enterprise-wide industrial security program and compliance initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, allocate resources, and develop growth paths for security personnel.
• Coordinate security education topics with the education manager.
• Oversee and standardize SPPs for all cleared locations.
• Lead preparations for DCSA reviews, assessments, and internal inspections.
