Job summary

Anduril Industries in Reston, VA is seeking a Facility Security Officer to implement and direct the industrial security program across our classified efforts. You will ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and related DD Form 254 guidance while collaborating with program management, security teams, and government partners.

The role requires a self‑starter with 3+ years FSO experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a current or obtainable U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

3+ years of FSO experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years).
Current or ability to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification.
Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements and related DoD guidance.

Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and program guidance.
Interface with program management, Classified IT, Insider Threat, and Physical Security teams.
Coordinate, conduct, and prepare for Security Vulnerability Assessments and self-inspections.
Manage collateral facilities, access control systems, and Open Storage Areas buildouts.
Provide continuous training and guidance on OPSEC, COMSEC, and security awareness.
