Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in the United States, seeks a Deputy Director of Industrial Security to lead the enterprise-wide security program with a large, dispersed team across the U.S. This role requires deep NISPOM expertise and a proven FSO background to ensure compliance at all cleared facilities.

You will drive security policy, build KPIs, and oversee education initiatives while coordinating with regional and centralized PERSEC teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years of industrial security-related experience.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to achieve goals and targets while handling multiple tasks.
• Minimum of 5+ years directly managing large, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule), ensuring enterprise-wide compliance across all cleared facilities.
• Leverage expertise with US government security policies and procedures related to Industrial security.
• Build a culture of compliance, operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement across all security functions.
• Establish team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources, and develop growth pathways for security personnel.
• Develop and deliver applicable security education topics to program personnel in coordination with the education manager.
• Oversee and standardize Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs) for all cleared locations.
• Lead preparation efforts for DCSA security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and internal self-inspections.
• Serve as an escalated contact for complex security violations and coordinate all activities related to FOCI.
