Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our rapidly growing team at our Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. The Corporate FSO is responsible for implementing the DoD industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.

Candidates will interface with all levels of personnel and government management to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DD254 and Security Classification Guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FSO experience or equivalent in security management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
• Expert knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, SF-86, SF-312, DD-254, and related forms.
• Must hold TOP SECRET clearance and be eligible for government access.
• Experience reading and interpreting Security Classification Guides from multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Submit sponsorship packages and manage new FCLs as required.
• Oversee acquisitions, ensure correct DD254s and CAGE codes in place.
• Maintain DD254s and SCGs; verify fidelity and accuracy.
• Support the FOCI Council to meet all FOCI requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies on security matters.
• Develop and maintain OPSEC programs and training materials.
• Provide inputs to RFPs, BAAs, and other security documentation.
