The role requires strong PMO capabilities, a history of security program leadership, and a top‑secret clearance, with a focus on compliance, education, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in industrial security.
• Strong time management and prioritization for multiple tasks.
• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional, dispersed teams.
• FSO experience for a cleared facility.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Experience integrating security ops with M&A.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) across all facilities.
• Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with government security policies.
• Build a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs, reviews, and resource planning for security staff.
• Develop security education topics for program personnel.
• Standardize SPPs for cleared locations.
• Lead DCSA reviews, vulnerability assessments, and internal inspections.
• Coordinate FOCI activities and escalate complex violations.
