Job summary

The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) seeks an experienced Deputy Commissioner of Quality, Risk and Compliance to lead agency-wide quality management, internal controls, risk management, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. This senior role oversees the Office of Quality Management, Bureau of Program Integrity, National Background Check Unit and Data Analytics.

• Eight or more years in senior-level strategic operations with a compliance focus.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders across state government.
• Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and policy development.

• Oversee the Office of Quality Management, Program Integrity and Data Analytics teams.
