Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the SDO Compliance & Quality Assurance Team and assign work.
• Oversee compliance monitoring of diverse and small business certification.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance on compliance matters and benchmarks.
• Investigate and analyze compliance data; recommend actions and training.
• Report findings to SDO leadership and agencies; coordinate with analytics teams.
• Support data reconciliations with IT and compliance staff.
