Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Deposit Pricing and Analysis Manager to develop pricing strategies for retail deposits, analyze performance and market trends, and partner with business leaders to balance profitability with growth and customer retention. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with governance committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of financial analysis/ pricing experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting financial models.

Responsabilités

• Develops, analyzes, and recommends retail deposit pricing actions to senior leadership and governance committees, supported by data-driven analyses and profitability assessments.
• Designs, prepares, and analyzes reports to understand account and balance trends related to pricing changes.
• Analyzes balance trends, interest expense, and competition to support rate pricing decisions for the Deposit Rate Committee.
• Develops and analyzes pricing models for future fee pricing recommendations and decisions.
• Prepares deposit balance forecasts to inform governance committees and budgeting processes.
• Maintains vendor relationships for competitive intelligence, models, or other needs.
• Manages a small team of analysts.
