Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a deposit analytics professional to support development and deployment of strategic initiatives within the CSBB Deposit portfolio. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive growth in deposits, pricing analytics, and risk management, with emphasis on balances and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years in banking/finance, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering with a diverse project focus and demonstrated results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and SAS or other data/analysis platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical modeling, price optimization, financial modeling, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deposit growth targets across CSBB products and channels through understanding of product, channel, and client segment strategies, pricing, and execution models.
• Support development of strategies and plans to grow share of wallet via digital, branch, call center, and marketing outreach.
• Assist in incentive design, financial planning, and forecasting across CSBB deposit products.
• Provide analytic insights to support deposit portfolio management, including balances, rate paid, and profitability, and evaluate pricing strategies.
• Collect and synthesize competitive information from financial statements, industry sources, subscriptions, and media to drive business performance.
• Prepare leader business reviews and contribute to strategic planning presentations.
• Engage with partners to communicate analytics insights related to initiative ideation, deployment, and performance.
• Support business case development for key initiatives.
