Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a strategic professional to execute and support data-driven deposit balance and rate strategy across wholesale liquidity products. You will partner with sales, finance, and liquidity teams to forecast deposits and communicate strategy.

The role requires a strong banking knowledge foundation, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in SQL/Tableau/Alteryx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking, interest rate environment and money markets.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adaptability.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Execute and support data-driven deposit strategy across Wholesale Banking deposits.
• Define deposit strategy considering deposits appetite, NII targets and balance sheet position.
• Conduct portfolio optimization reviews across liquidity products.
• Forecast deposit balances and rate payments with sales and liquidity partners.
• Develop and track results vs forecasts.
• Communicate deposit strategy with liquidity and sales teams.
• Analyze earnings and market offerings to inform leadership on Truist’s competitive position.
