Job summary

Washington State Employees Credit Union seeks a strategic leader to manage Deposit Operations across consumer, business, and specialized deposit products. You will guide regulatory compliance, risk management, and the deployment of deposit-related technologies while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Core Banking, and Digital Systems to ensure controls and operational excellence are embedded in every change, project, and service

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in credit union or financial institution with deposit operations experience.
• Experience leading regulated operational processes, controls, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, business, and specialized deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deposit Operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality, and member service.
• Ensure regulatory and control requirements are incorporated into processes and products.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, Product, Core Banking, and Digital Systems.
• Serve as SME during regulatory examinations and audits and address issues sustainably.
• Develop cross-training and knowledge management for critical functions.
