Job summary

Centreville Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the VP, Compliance Officer and enhance the Bank’s compliance program. The role focuses on deposit-related regulations, policy development, and training across business lines.

Responsibilities include monitoring, disclosures review, marketing compliance, audits support, and overseeing the Complaint Management System. The position requires regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and independent work in West Warwick, RI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; banking compliance experience acceptable.
• CRCM certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of deposit-related regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret government regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring to ensure compliance with the Bank’s Compliance Management System.
• Serve as SME for deposit-related regulations across business lines.
• Conduct internal monitoring reviews and report results to Enterprise Risk Committee.
• Periodically review deposit and loan disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve marketing/advertising per lifecycle approval process.
• Assist with internal compliance audits and exams (document prep, information gathering).
• Oversee the Complaint Management System.
• Communicate regulatory changes across bank lines.
• Assist in compiling quarterly Enterprise Risk Management Committee package.
