Job summary

Centreville Bank seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the VP, Compliance Officer and monitor adherence to the bank’s compliance program, with emphasis on deposit-related regulations. You will train staff, help develop policies, and communicate new requirements across lines of business.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to read and interpret government regulations. Located at West Warwick, RI, with potential travel to other branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent banking compliance experience.
• CRCM certification preferred for advanced regulatory practice.
• Strong understanding of deposit-related regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to read, analyze and interpret complex regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support VP, Compliance Officer and perform monitoring to ensure policy adherence.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for deposit regulations across business lines.
• Conduct internal monitoring reviews and report results to ERM committee.
• Review disclosures and assist in internal audits and exams.
• Oversee Complaint Management System and communicate regulatory changes.
• Prepare quarterly Enterprise Risk Management materials as needed.
