Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Communications, Media, Entertainment & Gaming, to bridge executive business problems with technical solutions on-site in the United States. You will own the MVP, write the PRD, and guide the engagement from discovery through production launch and adoption.

You will build C-suite trust, map customer landscapes, scope value, and manage multi-million-dollar opportunities with Sales and Engineering in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes context.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to define what to build and why, with strong PRD skills.
• Understanding modern data/AI architectures and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on ability in at least one programming language.
• 7+ years delivering complex data/AI/software engagements.

Responsibilities

• C-Suite scoping and value definition, map the org, quantify business value.
• Own end-to-end product ownership: PRD, backlog, scope, QA.
• Lead technical discovery and design reviews with engineers.
• Own Day 0 launch, production readiness, and adoption.
• Strategic handoff and growth: maintenance plans and reusable patterns.
