Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to modernize deployment infrastructure for autonomous vehicles. You will build Python and systems-language tools, integrate with Artifactory and Jenkins, and connect deployments to hardware-in-the-loop test frameworks.

You'll collaborate across Security, Safety, and Embedded teams to ensure secure, robust updates and improve observability in deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree equivalents).
• Strong Python for automation, tooling, and service development.
• Experience with at least one systems language (Rust, Go, C++, or similar).
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Modernize deployment infrastructure - replace legacy bootstrapping workflows with tooling in Python and systems languages.
• Build services for deployment tooling with Artifactory and Jenkins integration.
• Integrate deployment with hardware-in-the-loop test framework for validation before vehicles.
• Enable other teams by building tooling to reduce manual steps and friction.
• Collaborate with Security, Safety, and Embedded teams to ensure secure, robust deployments.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and debugging in pipelines.
