Latitude AI LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance ML performance across large-scale autonomous driving software. Based in multiple hubs, you will design and implement scalable systems tying lab work to production.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and systems teams, optimize PyTorch and C++ components, and drive CI, testing, and code reviews in a fast, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, or 2+ years with a Master's, or PhD.
• Experience in GPU/DSP architecture and heterogeneous embedded computing.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, ONNX, numpy, pandas.
• Strong C++ background and parallel programming.
• Production-quality, performance-critical coding experience.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable software from lab to customer for large robotics projects.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate and optimize algorithms and models.
• Profile and optimize AI performance across PyTorch and C++.
• Develop tools to evaluate and optimize performance.
• Deliver reliable software via CI, tests and code reviews in a fast, autonomous environment.
