Job summary

The Straumann Group in Memphis is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead all dental sales activities in the assigned geographic region, coaching 8-10 Territory Managers and driving revenue growth. You will implement sales systems, analyze market data, and collaborate with Education, Inside Sales, Marketing and HR to ensure cohesive execution.

Annual base salary range is $150,000 with a $65,000 commission plan (uncapped over plan). Final base pay varies by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline OR 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets.
• Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and be able to maintain auto insurance coverage.
• Prior sales management experience and strong MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets.
• Coach Territory Managers to achieve sales targets with individual business plans and performance coaching.
• Promote synergy with Education, Inside Sales, Marketing and HR to support field sales.
• Travel extensively in the region and use CRM, analytics to identify opportunities and coach teams.
• Manage expense and discount budgets to established guidelines.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Straumann’s Core Behaviors.
