CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to serve as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs, providing subject-matter expertise on DHMO, PPO, and Medicare dental products to leadership, providers, sales, and marketing. The Senior Analyst negotiates provider contracts and analyzes cost-of-care, while driving network expansion and resolving provider concerns across functions.

The role requires 2+ years in provider relations or related field, strong Excel/data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels with emphasis on cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
• Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
