CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to serve as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs. You will manage provider contracts (DHMO, PPO, Medicare), analyze data and communicate with leadership, staff, and sales to support network initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

Manage DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with cost-of-care focus.
Analyze data to identify cost-savings opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
Recruit providers to meet network expansion and access needs.
Flag early warning signs of issues to management.
