Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst who serves as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs, advising on DHMO, PPO and Medicare products. You will negotiate contracts, analyze cost-of-care and drive network expansion with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include account management of DSOs, identifying cost savings opportunities, resolving provider issues, and recruiting providers to meet access needs. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with focus on cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruit providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
• Communicate early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
