Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to liaison between Aetna and DSOs. You will serve as a subject matter expert on dental products, negotiating provider contracts and working cross-functionally to resolve provider concerns.

You will manage DSOs, drive cost-of-care strategies, and identify savings opportunities through data analytics while ensuring timely communication with leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with focus on cost-of-care strategy.
• Use data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruit providers to expand network and meet access needs.
• Communicate early warning signs of potential issues to management.
