Qualifications

• Associate Degree in computer science, information systems, business, management, data analytics, or related field or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or related disciplines.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouse and modern analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using modern data platforms and visualization tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and self-service data solutions.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reusable analytics assets, dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations.
• Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with enterprise data standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business objectives, define key metrics, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on data availability, interpretation, and analytics best practices.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business and technical requirements.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote data governance standards and metadata management.
