• Ability to escort and assist patients, coordinate scheduling and patient flow.
• Accurate charting in Dentrix using SOAP or PARTS formats.
• Obtain vital signs as directed by Dental Provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dental Providers with chairside procedures across multiple dental specialties.
• Escort patients to treatment rooms; greet, seat, and discharge patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments, register patients in Allscripts PM, and review provider schedules.
