Qualifications

• Must communicate properly and accurately with dental patients, providers and staff.
• Must supervise dental assistants and front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, instruct before/after procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Ensure proper sterilization and OSHA compliance.
• Supervise staff and guide Dental Providers.
• Maintain documentation and participate in training.
• Manage insurance programs and dental procedure codes.
• Support quality improvement activities and community outreach.
