• Conduct targeted account sampling and case reviews to validate findings.
• Prepare analytics summaries and leadership readouts of findings.
• Lead cross‑functional discussions to align denial prevention solutions.
• Maintain action plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and explain fluctuations; escalate barriers as needed.
• Collaborate with Patient Access, UM/CM, CDI, HIM/Coding, IT, and PFS.
• Develop denial prevention workflows and playbooks; track adoption and outcomes.
