Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Denials Prevention Analyst in the United States to combine revenue cycle analytics with targeted account sampling. You will identify trends, root causes, and drive sustainable denial reductions for maximum reimbursement.

You will monitor denial prevention KPIs and prepare leadership-ready reports, partnering with revenue cycle, clinical operations, and IT/Epic teams to implement improvements and track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years’ experience in denial prevention, denial recovery, prior auth, registration, coding, or denial management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Perform revenue cycle denial analytics to trend issues and prioritize denial prevention opportunities.
• Prepare analytics summaries and leadership readouts of findings.
