Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Denials Prevention Process Improvement Advisor to reduce clinical and technical denials across the revenue cycle. You will drive root cause analysis, design preventive strategies, and partner with operations to improve first-pass yield and reduce rework.

Remote position, travel to client sites as needed. Requires 2–5 years in revenue cycle or healthcare/tech ops, associate degree, and strong data analytics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree; 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven assessments of denial drivers, develop and deploy best practices, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and monitor KPIs such as denial rate reduction and appeal avoidance.
• Partner with IT and compliance teams to optimize workflows and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Requires advanced analytical skills, deep knowledge of payer policies and revenue cycle operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve measurable improvements in financial performance and client satisfaction.
