Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or CE or 3–5 years bidding/estimating experience.
• Proficiency with construction bidding and project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills across management, staff, vendors.
• Ability to interpret plans, data, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans/specs to determine project scope.
• Performs earthwork takeoffs with AGTEK; handles hand takeoffs.
• Solicits quotes from subcontractors for bid numbers.
• Constructs bid with activities, crews and equipment; sets rates.
• Collaborates with Project Managers and field teams preconstruction.
