A rapidly growing beauty brand in New York is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning to lead forecasting and align operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain, with strong leadership qualities and analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to build scalable planning processes and thrive in a dynamic work environment, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or sales forecasting.
• Strong experience leading S&OP processes.
• Experience scaling planning processes in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts using historical data.
• Lead the S&OP process and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze sell-through data and SKU productivity to drive decisions.
