Job summary

Ethique Beauty is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to own the full planning function for a fast-growing brand stocked at major retailers. You'll fill gaps, build processes, and connect sales with production, bringing analytical rigor and commercial instinct.

In this role you'll manage both supply and demand planning, collaborate across functions, and drive on-time delivery while optimizing inventory. Experience with SAP/ERP is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in supply planning or S&OP, ideally in beauty/CPG brands.
• Able to manage both supply and demand planning independently.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven planning.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Blue Yonder sur͏e a plus).
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early with solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full production lifecycle from PO placement to X-factory for portfolio/vendors.
• Develop and implement supply plans meeting demand with on-time delivery.
• Submit POs, define deadlines, ensure on-time shipping.
• Drive production via proactive daily vendor communication and relations.
• Monitor inventory; adjust plans to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Manage e-commerce inventory with weekly analysis and transfers.
• Collaborate with suppliers on lead times, schedules, capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain trackers and SAP-equivalent systems with up-to-date data.
• Manage new product setup; maintain costs, BOMs, specs, artwork.
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with AP.
• Identify and communicate supply risks.
• Build vendor relationships and track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise risk awareness.
