Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe in New York is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning to lead the brand’s forecast, inventory health, and catalogue productivity. You will build bottoms-up forecasts from market and sales inputs and consolidate consensus brand forecasts for monthly S&OP cycles.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Finance to challenge forecasts using quantitative and qualitative signals, and to drive opportunities, risks, and inventory optimization across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years demand planning or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with forecast software systems.
• Experience working in an SAP environment is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an accurate forecast for financial, production and strategic planning.
• Drive the S&OP process with key stakeholders in the business and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Finance to develop the forecast and challenge it with data.
• Monitor forecast performance and manage inventory health to minimize stockouts.
• Lead monthly KPI reporting and special projects as needed.
