Qualifications

• Typically has University Degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain or related field and 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring for a team of Demand Planners and Supply Planners to prioritize development.
• Execute plans to achieve and exceed customer service, working capital, waste, and forecast targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and other partners for a single forecast.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and technical teams to plan the supply.
• Develop and guide implementation of standardization and be a change agent.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve core objectives and solve complex problems.
• Identify and drive process improvements across categories.
• Drive project execution to ensure initiatives are delivered and adopted.
