Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning to lead finished goods planning for Specialty Brands. You will direct a team of planners, align demand, supply, and manufacturing, and drive service, inventory, and cost targets while collaborating across functions.

You will manage capacity with internal sites and external partners, optimize inventory, and support strategic supply chain initiatives to enable long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience managing people and/or planning teams.
• Experience managing supply planning across internal manufacturing and external co-manufacturing networks.
• Experience working with international markets.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, OMP, Oracle, or similar planning systems.
• Experience leading S&OP, Supply Review, or Integrated Business Planning processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Supply Planners to ensure execution of planning processes and targets.
• Develop and implement supply plans balancing service, inventory, and cost.
• Manage capacity planning with internal sites and external partners.
• Provide escalation support for supply constraints and risks.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and governance with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Support innovation projects with supply planning leadership.
