Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a senior Demand Management & Planning leader to define and deploy world-class processes globally.

You will lead the development, documentation and training of demand planning across regions, and ensure SOPs and training materials are up-to-date. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years in supply chain with management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Word/Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years in supply chain management; management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics globally to measure supply chain performance for demand management and planning.
• Lead development, documentation and training of demand planning processes across regions; update SOPs and WI.
• Enhance supply chain tools and systems through improved demand planning processes.
• Guide site/regional teams in designing optimal supply chain strategies using available tools.
• Uphold Plexus Core Values; drive succession planning and coaching to grow the team.
