Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8–10+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 5+ years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and comfort learning Plexus data collection and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define global demand management and planning processes and ensure world-class execution.
• Lead deployment of Best Practice across regions and update SOPs, WI, and SFT training documents.
• Develop metrics to measure supply chain performance and improve planning processes.
• Guide site/regional supply chain teams and provide tools/process guidance to meet Plexus objectives.
• Demonstrate Plexus Core Values and drive leadership development and coaching.
