Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Demand & Supply Chain Master Planner/Scheduler to develop and optimize the master production plan across US facilities, balancing production, inventory, and shipping constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced planning tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter with strong time management, interpersonal communication, and people skills.
• Ability to prioritize with limited supervision and deliver quality work with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and/or collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and/or Six Sigma preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Willingness to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, Engineering to align production and delivery.
• Analyze production data and forecasts to optimize inventory planning.
• Utilize SAP and other planning tools for BOM accuracy and MRP reporting.
• Manage transfers of finished goods to balance supply across plants.
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to improve processes.
• Prepare monthly production reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and track material approvals for ship dates.
