Job summary

Large Privately-owned Family Company is seeking an on-site Demand & Supply Chain Master Planner/Scheduler at its corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing and managing the master production plan, balancing production, inventory, and shipping constraints to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, Engineering, and production facilities, ensuring BOM accuracy, accurate scheduling in SAP, and data-driven decisions to optimize

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, supply chain and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced planning tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter with good time management and interpersonal skills.
• Lean and Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on stock plans, orders and forecasts.
• Assign production to facilities based on location, cost and inventory levels to optimize delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Engineering and facilities to align capabilities and delivery requirements.
• Track inventory accuracy and provide weekly stock level updates with Plant Operations.
• Analyze production data and forecasts to support inventory planning and cost reduction.
